"We are ready" said Scotland's Under 18 Girl's Coach Lizzie Sturrock following their 3 match series against Ireland at Peffermill over the weekend. The Scots fly out to Dublin to compete in the A Division of the European Youth Trophy for the first time this weekend.

"I am very pleased with the way the players came back from their defeat in the first match against the Irish, they learned their lessons well and it gives us a good base to build in" Sturrock continued.

The Scot's main target is to retain their A Division ranking. They start with a tough test playing one of the favourites for the title, Germany. England and France make up the rest of the Scottish group.
