The final tournament of women's Interleague was played on May 24th and 25th in Predanovci (SLO). Four best teams qualified for the tournament after the regular season:
HK Zrinjevac (Croatia), Olcote HC (Hungary), KPH Raca (Slovakia) and HK Triglav (Slovenia). HK Triglav hosted the event.

Inter-league is a competition that includes 8 women teams from 4 Mid-European countries. Croatian team HK Zrinjevac dominated during the regular season and they didn't give in on the final tournament either. HK Zrinjevac will also represent Croatia in European Club Championship in two weeks. Special thanks goes to hosts HK Triglav for splendid organisation of the Final Four tournament.
