This is a time efficient method of lifting that will increase overall body strength

Can be performed as repeated sets or as a circuit

Lat pulldown IN FRONT of head

If you have not lifted weights before, start with weight machines. However, you must practice the other lift technique as party of the workout (include it in the circuit)

You can repeat this as sets of one exercise or in complete circuits.

Remember to rest 1-3 minutes between sets. Complete 3 sets of 20 repetitions.

i thought this article was very interesting and after doing this circuit for a few weeks i really noticed a differance

this is not that good of an article because the excercises are not very clear and there are no directions of how to go about the activities.
