Avoca should be hoping to do a little better than than that - I think that they are capable of making the semi-finals.

message for indoor fan
Once again we have a case of "tall poppy syndrome". Let me explain the meaning of that to you.......person or people who get jelous of those who have achieved more then them and therefore try to put them down. Let me pose this question to you 'indoor fan'...... have you ever played or coached at the highest level possible? Have you ever dedicated your life to hockey and set about being the best you possibly can be? Have you ever been that committed that you sacrifice everything in order to achieve your goal of being the best not only for yourself but for your team? I,m guessing the answer to these questions is probably no. The reason I am guessing this is because people who do all of these things, people like Ian Jennings and myself are not like you. We strive to be the best but we don't put others down along the way. Instead we encourage others to work hard and we are proud of them when they do. People like Ian Jennings inspire others to achieve. Yes he is a world class indoor player and yes he is a world class coach. Shame on you for being a knocker. But its people like you who make people like us go out and work even harder to achieve more. So whilst you sit there and criticise people who will achieve more than you will ever know about Jenno's star will continue to shine and take him places you will only ever dream about. Remember the saying....look in your own backyard before criticising others.............................................
