ZAGREB, With snow covering the city, the heat of the game moved indoors last weekend for the National Cup competition.
Men's category featured 8 clubs. First round went without any difficulties for the favourites. In the semis two better prepared teams Mladost and Marathon Senso advanced into the big final. Which turned out to be the beauty of the day. Half-time 2:2, full time 5:5. Therefore the match was to be decided in the extra time. Marathon Senso was the first to come close, but the ball went back off the crossbar. A few minutes later Mladost scored the golden goal to decide the winner.

Marathon Senso - Concordia 11:3
Zagreb - Zelina 3:14
Mladost - Tresnjevka 13:0
Akademicar - Jedinstvo 0:6
Semis:
Marathon Senso - Zelina 8:4
Mladost - Jedinstvo 6:4
Final:
Mladost - Marathon Senso 6:5 (golden goal)
Women's cup, with only a few teams, went deservedly to Zrinjevac INA. The best women's side in Croatia had no trouble in the final against Mladost.
