BASIC STRENGTH PROGRAMS
TOUR CIRCUIT

This is to be used in situations where you do not have access to a gym but need to maintain some strength (i.e.tours, trips and at home).

Each exercise is done in succession without rest in the order presented. Perform 20 reps of each exercise and 3 sets.

Three minutes should be taken between circuits (sets).

Exercises are to be completed in the order presented.

Note: For the bent over row a bag of books, paint cans etc. can be used instead of the barbell

That seems good-I do something similiar except my 6 exercises are:
1.Press ups
2.Sit Ups(crunches)
3.Back raises
4.Tricep Dips
5.Sit Ups(right arm to left knee+vice versa)
6.Bicep curls/forearm curls

I find this is a great circuit and I do two/three depending how tired I am and do it twice/three times a week. You do how many you think you can(eg I do 30 press ups in each circuit). But the idea is to push yourself to where its sore but not agonisingly so.

fitness
why not up and down on one leg 10reps3series and also jumping exercises.I think hockey needs new training methods less boring but much more efficient. Why don`t we use more technology to become better doing less but getting faster and stronger.example trilling floorand jumping shoes etc.
