Indoor hockey is about passing the ball. Perhaps you should start giving details on Tactis. How to attack and defend against a Half court, Full court, Zone defense,Man to Man,etc I think this would more beneficial than dribbling through cones.

I agree with you that indoor game is about passing just as outdoor but to control the ball well the player has to be very skilful and that's why those excercises are great. In fact that's exactly what German players practice at early stages of hockey development and then they just focus on tactics, so maybe you shouldn't just claim that we have enoug dribblers in the world and instead try to benchmark the German solutions???

The important points are to get your left hand down near the ground so the stick is flat or low to the ground and also get the feet in position. This makes controlling/stopping the ball alot easier.
