In fourth round of the League, we didn’t have any derby between top teams. Second placed Lek highly beaten Moravske Toplice, which couldn’t manage to produce another surprise this week and lost 11 : 2. Third placed UHK Svoboda easily beaten last placed Pomurje with 8 : 1. But leading team Triglav again produced trilling moments for their fans against Murska Sobota. Their slow defence was unable to close opening space for opponents counter-attacks and at half time Murska Sobaota lead 3 : 0. But in the second half Triglav started seriously and shut M. Sobota into their 23. They were able to convert the flow of the game and prevented another slip with 4 : 3 win.
These week we had a derby in U-18 League between unbeaten teams of Moravske Toplice and Lek. Home team Lek won 5:1 with three goals in last two minutes.
Next week we will have a last round of the first half of the championship. The big derby, which will decide top ranking will be between Triglav and Svoboda. For Triglav only win counts if they want to remain in the first place, and for the Svoboda this can be a crucial game, because only best two teams will play in playoff for the Champion, so they can not afford to loose. Lek is already counting on three points from their game with M. Sobota and a usefull result from derby (draw would be best for them).
