Everest Hikers trounced arch-rivals GCC 4-0 to capture the men's title of the Carib Six-A-Side Indoor Hockey Tournament at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall on Sunday.
The 4-0 margin of defeat was the second such one suffered by the Bourda boys to Hikers in as many days in the tournament.
Jerry Belle, who was later named `Most Valuable Men's Player," found the net twice in the final while Jerry Marques and Robert Fernandes bagged one goal each.
When the two teams met on Saturday, Belle found his target on two occasions while Devin Munroe and Mark King scored one goal each.
In the female final, Old Fort defeated GCC 1-0 through a Carol Towler goal. Towler was later named `Most Valuable Female Player'.
The junior boys final was won by Western Dragons who edged Old Fort 3-2.
In other results from preliminary matches on Sunday, Hikers brushed aside Old Fort 4-2 with the winning goals coming from Belle who found the back of the net on three occasions and Marques who scored the other goal.

The two teams met again later in the evening, but played to a 0-0 draw.
In the junior boys competition, Western Dragons defeated Police 2-0 while Old Fort edged GCC 3-2.
In Sunday's men's final, after being held 0-0 at the end of the first half, Hikers went ahead in the 5th minute of the second session from a short corner. The ball was pushed by Mark King to Belle who converted with a flick.
Belle made it 2-0 three minutes later after Alex Gouveia made a pass to Fernandes in the `D'. Fernandes deflected the ball to the unmarked Belle who flicked it pass GCC's custodian Gregory Garraway.
Fernandes sent Hikers further ahead one minute later after Belle had dribbled three defenders and made a pass to him (Fernandes) and he converted.
The fourth goal came on the stroke of the buzzer through a counter-attack. GCC was awarded a short corner which broke down and Belle stole the ball and dribbled GCC's midfield before passing it off to Marques in the `D'. Marques without hesitation pushed the ball into the goal past Garraway.
Former national captain and People's National Congress' Member of Parliament Andy Gouveia, along with former GHB president Troy Peters and ladies coach Lucy Shuffler, assisted with the presentation of prizes to the respective winners.
Meanwhile, in a Farfan and Mendes first division fixture played on May 27, GCC destroyed Police 6-0.
