Hockey Australia: One of the world?s most recognised hotel brands, Holiday Inn, has been announced as the naming rights partner of the six-Test Hockeyroos series against Korea, from 11-21 August.

Chief Executive of Hockey Australia, Linden Adamson, is pleased with the increased sponsorship from Holiday Inn and is looking forward to both the partnership and the series.

?Hockey Australia and the Hockeyroos are proud to be associated with such a successful hotel brand. Holiday Inn?s commitment to hockey is very pleasing and a positive result for the sport. We look forward to an exciting series with Korea and further opportunities with Holiday Inn,? he said.

Holiday Inn?s sponsorship of the Women?s Challenge is the latest commitment in a long-standing relationship with Hockey Australia.

?Holiday Inn?s target guests are avid spectators of sports like hockey. Supporting events such as the Women?s Challenge allows us to extend awareness of our brand among our target markets, as well as actively contribute to the rising popularity of hockey in Australia,? said InterContinental Hotels Group Regional Director of Sales and Marketing Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific, Karin Nielsen.

?We are strong supporters of Australian sport, and are proud to be associated with the world-standard Hockeyroos. The upcoming challenge against the in-form Koreans promises to be an exciting series, and all of us at Holiday Inn are pleased to be able to help bring it about,? Ms Nielsen said.

The six-Test series runs from 11-21 August across South Australia and Queensland. The first three Tests will be held at the Distinctive Homes Hockey Arena in Adelaide, while Tests three to six will be in Brisbane, Ipswich and the Gold Coast.

3rd Test: Sunday 14 August at 14:00 ? Distinctive Homes Hockey Arena

4th Test: Thursday 18 August at 18:30pm ? State Hockey Centre
5th Test: Saturday 20 August at 14:00pm ? Ipswich Hockey Fields
6th Test: Sunday 21 August at 14:00pm ? Gold Coast Hockey Fields
