THE Hockeyroos have completed an unbeaten eight match North American tour with a 4-0 series sweep over Canada in Vancouver.
Australia crushed Canada 6-0 in the fourth Test with Suzie Faulkner bagging a hat-trick and Susannah Harris, Emily Halliday and Fiona Johnson all scoring.
Australia earlier beat the United States 2-0, with two of the four Tests drawn in their first outings for 2005.
After struggling from set pieces for most of the fortnight, the Hockeyroos showed improvement in the final few Tests.
They converted three of 12 penalty corner attempts in the final game, while taking 25 shots at goal from 55 circle penetrations.
Nineteen-year-old Kate Hollywood, who made her international debut in the fourth Test against the US, was again one of the standouts, with Athens Olympians Emily Halliday and Faulkner also strong.
Hollywood is one of several young stars from the 19-player touring party who will switch between Australian senior and junior team duties this year.

The Hockeyroos next assemble in August to host a five-match series against Korea, but will likely be without its under-21 players who will be preparing for the Junior Women's World Cup in Chile in September.
