They held the powerful Defence Force team to a two all stalemate at the Dwight Yorke Stadium training ground on Saturday.
Fielding all six of their under 21 national players, the Paradise team captained by veteran player Cherl David battled their more experienced and talented opponents tooth and nail to salvage a point from the game.
Defence Force opened the scoring early in the game and it was not until the 61st minute that Paradise got the equaliser as Gabrielle Phillips, thrust into her new role of striker, scored the first of her two goals to nullify the lead.
Six minutes later the Defence Force again took the lead but it was shortlived as Gabriel who is more adept at goalkeeping and defending became Paradise's hero when she was again able to get the ball past her former teammate Summer Hector now in goal for Defence Force to level the score to the delight of her teammates.
However, in the men's match the situation was completely different as the Defence Force made light work of Paradise, romping home to a comfortable three nil victory. This is Paradise second loss from as many outings.
