head coach
Last year Patrick van Bergen was NA's head coach. Why did NA switch to Lothar Duelberg (wasn't he the manager at the Pan Am Cup in Barbados)?

NA had a dual coach-ship during the Panam Cup in Barbados: Patrick van Bergen en Lothar Duelberg (manager then was Digna van der Pol). Lothar Duelberg is now (sole) head coach as per August 1, 2004
