Paradise Hockey Club was still awaiting their schedule of games for the 2005 Trinidad and Tobago Hockey Federation League Championship Divisional competitions, up to press time.

The Federation launched its season last Sunday in Trinidad but Paradise exercised the privilege that gave them the option of not participating in the opening in order to conserve their limited funds.

The club is presently training three days a week at the Mt. Pleasant Hockey ground in preparation for the start of their campaign but an official is appealing to the relevant authorities to cut and roll the ground because it is too rough and is hampering their training.

Their home games are played at the Dwight Yorke stadium training ground, which is far more even than Mt. Pleasant, while their away games are played on an astro turf surface, making it ever more important for the Mt. Pleasant ground to be as level as possible so that they will not be severely disadvantaged when they face their opponents who train on the astro turf and plays most of their games on the same turf.
