Brazil
The brazilians did well at the 1st Indoor Pan American Cup (2002 in Rockville, USA), considering that hockey had just started in their country.
The organization of the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio should give their program a boost.

Good Luck
The Brazilian team at the Indoor Pan Am in 2002 improved incredibly during the ten days they played in Maryland, including the warm up tournament. Alex has been a consistently strong player for Boston indoor and outdoor and I am sure that the Brazilian team will try hard throughout and perhaps pull some upsets. Good luck, guys.

Nowadays hockey is basicaly played in Rio, São Paulo and Florianopolis... The brazilian association has a project to implement the sport in other areas of our big country. I really believe that in a short period of time Brazil is gonna be a potency in fieldhockey. Bye and see you on may 12th
