Indoor
It was good to see that the games versus the USA recieved good media coverage. However, it was ashame that the efforts of lower level teams Hillhead and Garscadden were not worthy of mention, with Hillhead winning and third division Garscadden losing by a goal. Saying that it was a great opportunity for players not involved in the international scene to play some reasonably high standard hockey. Thumbs up for the USA as well for being great sports and giving us Glasgow teams something to do on a Thursday night.

I would personally like to thank the USA mens and womens teams for coming to Scotland and giving us some great competition at the end of our indoor season.
The womens team was superb!!
What a great team to watch... the passing and some of their goals were amazing.
I think some of the mens team found it a little tougher playing the women then the men though.
It was great to have you lot and would welcome you back over again...
Maybe next time the coaches will allow you at least one drink with the opposition!

It's nice to hear such wonderful compliments of the US Womens team. My wife is a member and while myself and our three sons missed her as she was away, we are very proud of her and happy for her. I sure she and her teammates played as hard and as well as they could. Thank you to all those who were such gracious hosts in such a short period of time.

Great job teams.
USFHA now need to support the Indoor teams more. I have seen the womens team play and they are great. I believe that if the program is funded and supported the US women could be up there with the top international teams.
One great thing that comes out of this is comments like "At Home Husband", for the ladies to be able to travel and have the support of thier family is great for the sport. These players made a big time and financial sacrafice to be part of this team and by what i hear u represented the US well.
Nice job and lets start to support indoor in the future.

Thanks
I would like to thank all the people/players over in Hull, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee, for putting together some great hockey teams for us to play. The trip was put together very quickly and without their hard work and organization we would not been able to have such a great experience. Maybe next time we can host you in the US:) Again many thanks.
