Greece
It has always been the norm for the host nation to participate with no need for qualifiaction. Let the Greeks play.
The USA are no major force in world hockey, yet they played at Los Angles and Atlanta.

if this is the case, that a host country should qualify for the hockey at athens then this change must be countinued in all sports (which is not the case). ioc should be more sensable with what actions they carry out. host countries should not have to qualify for any sport in the olympics full stop!
