The Great Britain women's team continued their preparations for the Olympic qualifying tournament with a comfortable practice match victory.
In a slow contest, Russia adopted a defensive approach and Britain changed their line-up frequently in order to give much of the squad a run-out.

Jane Smith opened the scoring but Russia made it 1-1 by half-time.

Leisa King struck a penalty corner to restore the lead, and Lynda Clement and Anna Bennett completed the scoring.
