Grade I Coach???
Why would a Grade I coach touch such a lowly team? Not for the passion but perhaps for the money....

HK
And they need an Adminstration and marketing / development officer in that office, not just a coach. Without the nuts and bolts of good admin then nothing else happens. HK has made great progress with Simon driving/dragging/pushing it/them into 21st centrury, but now concrete steps and sponsors / marketing need to happen "in-house". Get Macau directly involved too and work together.

Upgrading the level of hockey in HK not just the coach
Its not always the coachs fault, whereas its a great step to take to have a world class coach. It will be even more better if the new coach is listened to , not restricted by any means and given support from a new committee.
By new committee, i mean certain players in divison 1 and certain admin & marketing guys are definately needed. to deal with Funds from Government, advertising the sport in schools, gaining sponsorship from labels+ grade 1 training sessions.
Otherwise people will start blaming the coach again.
By the way, Mark was a good coach because i didnt take his skills or personal life into consideration BUT his organised way of looking at this sport of hockey.

New Coach
I think i am not good enough to be the new Hong Kong Coach, but definitely Gurdev Dhillon will be qualified as he so hardworking (on and off the pitch) and with his superb fitness level he would surely breed some new blood of our future Hong Kong team.

Ishtiaq Khan, you should give Gurdev a chance, just because of he's from the Sikh Union Coventry. Khan, you should accept the reality that he is better than you.

Gurdev
i think Gurdev is a very talented and yet a strong midfielder.
as i watched the game when KCC played shaheen, if Gurdev wasn't playing, i think Senaji could have scored alot of goals!

and i think he is very good in hitting sixes, i love seeing him raise his stick!! and he is a really good and talented actor, even senaji is not as good as he acts!
He cries and cries when he makes a foul and claims that he never touched that guy! well thats funny man!!! but well, to be honest, i am from the Sikh Union Coventry too. So we are brothers. i will help u next time by bringing you to Hollywood

Mustafa should be considered as coach. as you can see by thier hair style on ravi and mustafa they are getting old quick. This means that they are good for coach. i shall be the new HK team coach and teach Jason my trade mark move. If vincent and simon would also like to learn i would teach them but it was cost them 125

At this very moment, Michelle Bury has no intention in becoming a coach or an assistant. Her workload from school just does not allow her to take up responsibility for the whole team.
