Is this even gonna be competitive? :-)

As I asked in the men, is there an alternative tournament to qualify for the World Cup for the 2nd and 3rd place teams?

Canadian hopes
It is pretty obvious that Canada will not win this tournament. So, what happens if they finish second or third. How else can they move onto the World Cup qualifying tournament?

Canada has no hope
You must know by now that Canada does not have a hope in hades that they will qualify ...... look at the teams that are there... it will be the same as ever.. canada had a strong game against ______ but were unable to win.

of course we all want to know a stong game in who's opinion?

16 days or so to the start of this tournament. Good luck to the T&T women. They're carrying a pretty young team, 5 school girls annouced and another 2 or 3 debutants on the team as well.
